I could tell right off the bat that LBP was not going to be my thing. I would actually say (in regards to this article) that Halo 3 was the most over exposed game of the decade but not the most over hyped. But you and I are 100% in agreement on MGS4. View

MGS4 for me. I had never played one but bought into the whole "masterpiece" hype, but man was that a let down. There were more cut scenes than gameplay. The first two acts were awesome but after that the game takes a severe downturn. View

I get what you are saying but the critics didn't log the amount of hours with the amount of people from other countries along with all the people who exploited glitches or used akimbo shotguns. Their reviews for the multiplayer are almost irrelevant because they did not have the same experience that the rest of us have had. And sales don't necessarily equate to quality. A lot of people hate the Halo series but it outsells everything and received great reviews. View

So you are going to sit there and say this is a smoother and better experience than the original? I didn't say the game is one big glitch but there is massive room for improvement and to this point I have been disappointed in the lack of updates. Region lock would probably help most of these problems but that is not going to happen. I am tired of putting a clip into someone and having them not die, I am tired of the kill cam not matching what actually happened, I am tired of snipers not actually hitting me and I some how die anyways. Oh and just for the record I am not bad at it, I finish most of my rounds in the positive. The game is not as good as the original (which was one of the best online games of all time) and so I am done with MW2 and I will move onto something else. My points are valid but if you enjoy the game go ahead and keep on playing. View

The "whinning" as you call it comes from the fact that it is inferior to the original MW. Yeah it has new bells and whistles and there are some things I like compared to the original but it doesn't run nearly as smooth. The kill cam rarely matches what I actually saw, there are constantly new glitches (that should have been fixed and could have been fixed with a beta) being exploited and it feels as though IW tried to make the game accessible no matter what your play style is instead of actually making a tactical shooter. There is no way people should be able to get 20 kills in a match just using knives, that makes no sense. But hey, if you like the game knock yourself out. View

That's funny, I had the exact same experience. The first time I didn't think much of it but after trying it a second time I got much more into it. After all the reviews I decided this was the better option of the two. If Darksiders had released a demo maybe I would have gone with it. View

What facts did you state and what proof did you provide? As I said, for most duel platform games one is inevitably slightly better than the other but not necessarily enough to warrant two different scores. What, would you knock it down .02 because of sligthly smoother graphics? There is no need because that point was referenced in the review, there is no point in making an entirely new review for small differences. And it was a fanboy comment because you are complaining about unfair treatment for the PS3. View

I don't know if she slaps Kratos. I still think in this genre God of War is the standard but she definitely slaps Dante. Devil May Cry has needed to evolve for the last few sequels. View
