sigh, i can tell that most of you don't click on the source material before you post. kinda sad. she isn't attacking gamers directly. she's attacking "adolense-adults." those who won't "grow up" and they use pop-culture and its influences (ie video games, tv, movies, etc) as their "excuse" to delay adulthood (aka getting married, having kids, etc). the article really isn't that bad. it's def not another fox vs mass effect.
one thing i don't like about the article is that she makes it sound like women don't do the same thing and that they are trying to excel more than men. while we're making up the name "child-man", i'll make up the name "child-woman." she shouldn't assume men are the only ones who do this because i know plenty of women who are guilty of the same things she points out in her article.
ps - no where in her article does she actually say the words "put down the controller." read the article first people!
