Disagree fully.
Lets look at it like this...
PS3 = Everyone is able to play this game out of the box(chances are if you have a PS3, you have a PC and could use that keyboard/mouse).
360 = You're going to have to pay for the 3rd party K/B converter, if you don't have Live you're going to have to pay for that as well, and then finally, if you just happened to have bought a core system, you're going to have to go out and buy that too. That's going to alienate a BIG chunk of their userbase considering what is it? 10 Million out of 17 Million that have LIVE in general? So that automatically leaves 7 Million people having to pay extra money, just to play this game.
PS: I understand the concept of replying with "Well if you exclude a console completely, you'll alienate a bigger chunk in general." However, exclusives do this all the time and it isn't an issue.

I don't think you can even effectively argue that the 360 is just as good of a choice as the PS3 in THIS example.
Keep in mind, I do own both consoles and play them equally. This is just how I view it in terms of gamers wanting to save money.
