Because each SCE is independant and can take their own decisions.

Hence why SCEA chose the price drop, and SCEE a bundle. When you think about it, 2 games and a controller are about 170€. So that'sreally a great deal. View

On the PS store yup.

But it requires the 1.2 patch to work. And this patch is only available for european gamers.

Don't DL the TA mode until you get the 1.2 patch (which can be downloaded by just booting the online mode).

And for people who "bricked" their game, just delete the 1.1 patch info (in game data managing) and go online to DL the 1.2 patch. THEN get the TA on the PSN.

Before advising people to read and understanding, you should read a thing or two about taxes in europe vs taxes in US.

600$ in the US = without counting taxes

Now add the fact that the average tax in the US is 10% vs 20% ineurope, and maybe you'll understand the price difference View
