Now you can see that the scramble is for "Database"

if you check the developer blog at www.painps3.com, you'll see they've been discussing PAIN update v1.67 (previously v1.70) since May 15, 2008. They mentioned it will have in-game custom soundtracks using MP3s (not AAC yet). So I'm not sure that's the reason they took it down. View
