I agree with Kevin, you have to play the game. And every game has its faults but at the end of the day is it fun? after playing the demo for a few hours yes it is and I will be getting the full game. Are the developers doing something to fix it, I can almost bet you they are working on all the "shortcomings" all these reviews have and all the so called glitches that are out there. If you guys remember back to other Xbox 360 games being released some did have faults, whether it be xbox live not working or something else. But they have all been fixed. Give it about 2 weeks.

Actually, that is what happens. The solder on the GPU breaks because of the board bending from the x-clamps, when it is left on for 20 minutes it heats up the GPU enough to let the solder reconnect the GPU to the board View

It never says you have to do this. This is just an alternative method for people who can't wait for Microsoft to fix it. Or don't have any warranty left.

What about my Xbox 360 warranty?
Microsoft has recently offered an extended 3 year warranty against the RROD, so if you don't want to open your console yourself and void the warranty please feel free to contact Microsoft and wait up to a month to get a replacement console.
