This article was to illustrate the fact that Developers are now utilizing 333mhz. I know that with firmware you could clock your PSP to 333mhz, but that in essence doesn't improve the graphics, just performance. With publishers developing with 333mhz in mind there will be more strain on the core as more data is being transfered. Resulting in my speculation that additional heat will be generated.
Also for lack of a better term I used overclocking. The PSP shipped with 222mhz, now its going to 333mhz. What else would you call it?
