besides dead rising, to date the 360 hasnt got any true next gen games, there just polished and updated ps2 game rip offs. saints row - gta, pgr - gt4, errr i wont mention gun, tony hawk or perfect dark due to severe crapness. besides gears of war, dead rising and forza, wheres true next gen in 360 games? virtua fighter, motorstorm, heavenlysword, assassins creed (which 360 owners have to wait for), resistance fall of man, devil may cry 4 better versions of sega games also on 360 i.e virtua tennis etc. innovative games - eye of judgement, warhawk. mega hits - metal gear, final fantasy, a real pro evo not a ps2 version with better graphics. I THINK ITS SAFE TO ASSUME THAT TALKING ABOUT HARDWARE IS OVER. ALL 3 SONY, NINTY AND MS HAVE LAID THERE CARDS OUT. NOW ITS ALL ABOUT GAMES AND FEATURES. TOKYO GAME SHOW IS ALL ABOUT GAMES. Sony are currently in talks with british retailers finalizing the pre order scheme for PS3. during meetings ps3's are playable for the retailers big wigs and guests. a sony rep let slip of this info and was later asked if true by other guests. He replied 'im not a liberty to discuss information regarding third party plans for playstation 3'. i know this because i was there. View

Ok put yourself in sony's shoes. you didnt have a good e3 so now the question is can you redeem yourself? why announce something this big now and give time for people to moan and groan and create negative rumours. Tokyo Game show is the last big show for nintendo and sony and the world will be watching. its the perfect place to reset order and show the industry why sony has been dominent for 2 generations. if this does happen then it wouldnt matter if mario or halo where playable as the japanese see snake as the biggest icon and dante not far behind. i think i surprise is in order for us all.
