New COD4 Maps Strangeness

I awoke this morning at 10:30 GMT, bound over to my Xbox 360 and raced to the COD4 Disc. After it booted up the option to download the maps was there!!! Oh Joy!
I had paid for point the night before so I was all set.... Or was I?
At the moment when you click download maps all you get is a gimped page with a clickable 'more information' button that does nothing! Nothing.
