I love how this is being spun by fanboys, it's a failure cause it's like halo.

Insomniac could only dream of their games failing like halo.

Halo 2(last gen), halo 3, and even the "TERRIBLE" ODST, lowest rated halo thus far, have ALL outsold RFOM2 lifetime sales DAY 1 of their respective releases.

RFOM is a good FPS, the first one was much better, IMO but the second is a good game. But saying its a failure cause it's like halo is just lame.

a free movie everymonth, point discounts on game purchases/addons via live, beta access to game titles, or something like that.

its an awesome game
and great job on naughty dog for raising the bar, but unfortunately, anything released now or up till xmas is just going to get drowned out by modern warefare 2.

regarless off which may look better, what will matter in the long run are sales and what people are playing. and consering it took it a full week to reach 1 million, in comparison to what's coming, that's small potatoes.

mass effect is a phenominal rpg.

but it begs the question, without having played the first one, how well can the second do on the ps3? unless of course they plan on releasing the first one there too, which would be difficult with MSGS as the producers View

I did read the article
and besides the rpg thing, he pans it. which is what has everyones balls here in a knot.

The point I'm saying is that everyone is bashing him for making assumptions without seeing the full game, which is what everyon here is doing, just they are assuming it's an amazing game without seeing it.

so basically crapping on him for doing what they are doing, but he's being negative instead of positive. therefore=ironic.

it looks like it could be a great game, but until it's actually out, I don't see how anyone can say this will be a good or bad game.

how many games have "looked" like they were going to be phenominal, but when they were actually out, did nothing but dissapoint?
