Thanks for all the feedback, we have already fixed some of the problems and made a few changes. We changed the Cool/Lame comment voting to Agree/Disagree as was suggested by BOSS. The remember me function should now work, however if you have turned off cookies in your browser it might not work. If you don’t visit the site in 4 days you will have to login again though.
We will also do something about the cool/lame voting on the articles. It seems that some of the more eager Xbox and PS3 gamers are abusing the lame vote function by voting lame on all the news that doesn’t have anything to with their favourite console. So an idea could be to change it so that one can only give articles positive votes, and the number of votes it gets will kind of tell give you the same info as the cool/lame feature. Please come with suggestion on what we could call the vote button. Here are some ideas I had “Hype It” , “Like It” , “Boost It” , “Gamers’ Vote”
As for having the “read more link” taking you directly to the source I am afraid that won’t happen. I of course see why some of you would want that, but I have my reasons for not doing it that way. However I will see if I can come up with an alternative solution.
