I don't have any "next-gen" console yet; there's too much to decide and debate before I get one. Firstly I have a PS2 so I think I am a bit more of a sony fan but really and truly it comes down to the games and I can't deny that there are some games on the 360 which I am keen on.

I am mainly interested in really good and immersive single player experiences so I love JRPGs (although FFXII did disappoint) but I do like multiplayer gaming with people actually in the same room. I like to see the pain in their faces when I destroy them! So it's safe to say I haven't caught the online gaming bug; it really doesn't interest me.

Now I could choose a wii but it just doesn't have the single player experiences I mentioned above to really convince me to get one.

I have the HDTV, I have the surround sound but there is still quite a few games on the PS2 that I have to play and so can't quite convince myself to get a PS3.

Update: 09/12/2008 - Just received the LittleBigPlanet bundle of the PS3!
