Just so that you are aware. My data and my estimates are based off the trading patterns of our 5,000+ user base. I am not the typical industry Analyst, I don’t create these figures or use some fancy excel spreadsheets to calculate this data. This all comes from the prediction market.

I suggest you look up prediction markets.

They are incredibly accurate and prediction markets are better at predicting events/data then any one single person.

Thanks for all your comments, it is all much appreciated. Just a few things.

1. I am not your typical analyst. The data I use is not data I create. This data is free and available on thesimexchange.com. If you don’t like what the data shows, then you can make a difference, join and start trading.
2. Sony doesn’t have Final Fantasy anymore. In fact, Sony doesn’t have much in terms of exclusive titles.
3. Halo 2 had the highest sku penetration in its console then Gran Turismo and the last Final Fantasy
4. I am not a fan boy of any system. I just report on the facts. I think anyone would be in denial if they think Sony is in a good position right now. Personally, I use my PS3 more than my 360 (DON’T TELL ANYONE!)

5. I hope Killzone 2 is good, they really need that right now. But if you look at the original Killzone sales, you will see that it kind of missed expectations. But personally, I loved that game
6. The GTA delay DOES NOT affect them equally. The PS3 might have to do a price cut because they are lacking in sales. A price cut is probably the worst thing you can do to your bottom line. Do you think the PS3 would do a second price drop if GTA IV was coming out? Maybe, but odds are it could of withheld longer with GTA IV in the holiday pipeline.
