It's pretty lame that they made the whole thing out of freaking rubber.... It's lost all it's coolness that way.

They just took the easy route.. They could have made it out of plastics, metal and fabric..

The helmets even rubber to? Like how cheap can you be.. It would have been no problem to mold out of hard plastic and metal.

They could have at least cut out the rubber where cloth is supposed to be and put real cloth there... It would make it feel and look alot more realistic. View

Trackmania is my favorite PC game to play. It's nice to see them expand to the portable network.

Firebrand games aren't the creator of Trackmania tho.

Nadeo is. Firebrand is just designing it for the DS.

Trackmania could be classified as a Racing MMO. Because you can race against many people at once from all around the world. And rise in ranks on the world ladder. It's quite an addicting game and I would suggest people try it out ;).

The free version is named Trackmania Nations Forever.
It is Trackmania United Forever, just without the extra environments. But you can still race online against people who are playing on United or Nations. View

Wow the Pro can go to 900mhz..

That means the XT should be able to reach 1Ghz. Let's hope cards manufacturers will dare to over clock to that.

Although, i'm fully expecting Nvidia's upcoming chip to overclock to atleast 1ghz also. View

I actually knew a person in school who's last name is "Woodcock"

I'm really not joking..

You wonder how these families came to get these last names lol. View

I've been using Azureus for years and was never forced to upgrade to Vuze. They always give you the "Core Version" option when upgrading. Which doesn't have all the Vuze video channels an whatnot.

But I decided to use the fully fledged Vuze version because all those video channels are actually quite neat. There are a lot of cool videos that pop up on there. And they are VERY GOOD quality and a lot of them are stuff i'm interested in. Also most of them are free.

There's also video and tv channels that cost money that they offer. But it's cheap. Don't shame Azureus for wanting to make money. THEY DESERVE THE MONEY for the client they created. If you like the client so much, show them a little respect.

With how todays computers are advancing, the little extra bit of processing power it takes for the full version of Vuze isn't that big of a deal anymore. And you can set it so that Vuze opens showing the torrent section first and not the video channel. View

The thing about XDR, is that it takes from current GPU technologies and applies it's own techniques. So what it once did with DDR2's technology. It is now doing with DDR5 technology calling it XDR2. View

Yeah, ATI has been using that technique since their 9000 series. Think of it sort of like Intel's Pentium 4 Hyper-Threading. Virtually emulating better hardware.

Nvidia's upcomming GT200 actually has a physical 512bit bus. So it's poised to use DDR5 to it's full potential when it see's fit. View

If you actually looked around, just about everything has been revealed about the upcomming ATI cards.

They aren't going to be anywhere near as powerful as this thing. But in turn they will be MUCH cheaper. View

@ApocalyPS3: You reported this story without even reading it. It's not lame and is actually quite informative and useful to many people. Don't hate on a story just cause you don't agree with it.

Yeah, can't wait for this baby to come out. I really hope it breaks the 1Billion transistors mark and not just be close in the 900 range.

This card is sure to be one hell of a performer. If i had a job right now, id buy one of these babies the day they come out lol. View

Lol your TOTALLY wrong..

Yeah some of the games that don't do so well just get ported. But most of the time games are not a port.

They get the developers to raise detail settings, more complex game engine functions and higher resolution textures.

What you think EVERY game comes out on the Xbox360 first? Hell no, many games come out on the PC first or at the same time. And it's not a port when it comes out along side.

There will always be a need for a better graphics card. View

I doubt that claim about 480 Stream processors. It is most likely 240 stream processors like Nvidia's up coming chip.

But probably uses the same technique as seen on the ATI RV530 chip. Where it uses a special technique using 2 buses instead of one.. So it's not actually 480 stream processors, but it act's like it is.

Think of it like Hyper-Threading on an Intel Pentium 4. The P4 acts as if it has 2 cores, when in reality it doesn't. But by acting like it does, it allows it to take in more threads at a time while other threads are idled, speeding up the performance. So if you have a Pentium 4HT then you have a virtual Dual-Core cpu :P, for the people who didn't know that. (Best to make sure it's enabled tho, Go into device manager and see if your cpu is shown twice :P View

If that's true, that's practically double the amount of stream processors on the current king, 9800 series. Which only have 128 stream processors.... Can I get a boo-ya!?

And Nvidia not using DDR5 yet is a good choice I think. It's still a relatively new technology. And it's not really needed quite yet. The main focus is on the graphics chips performance. And Nvidia has really made an uber card this time around. Over 1 Billion transistors... hell yeah. Ain't that a record in GPU technology? Breaking the 1 Billion barrier...

I'm sure a DDR5 version will come out later anyways. Can't wait to see Ati and Nvidia's new cards come out in June and see how they perform. View

an_idiot: You really are an idiot lol. Don't call a story fake when you have no proof of it being fake.

I was expecting a higher clock than that for something that's supposed to be a major improvement over current cards..

But clock speed isn't the main factor in performance, architecture/design is the biggest part. Hopefully it performs really well.

Can't wait to see the clock speed for Nvidia's GT200 lol.. I'm willing to bet that GPU dealers will be selling 1GHZ versions, because 1Billion+ transistors is easily capable of that speed. View

And 80% of console games aren't worth buying the console for. So what's your point? View
197 days 23 hours ago
Yes, I mean't 1 Billion =/, hate when I miss spell things like that lol.

GIJeff: No. It won't be best.

The 8800GT is the one with the most transistors right now, 754Million.

The upcoming GT200 is a SINGLE chip card with over 1Billion transistors..

2 8800's might be a little better.. But then you could always use 2 GT200's instead.

If you just mean price wise.. Yeah initially it's going to be expensive, but the price will drop in time of course and it will rise to be the best choice. View
