They will probably do it for all first party titles I would assume. It would be cheap and easy. Lets not forget Sony is a huge hardware company though. They will get eveything super cheap. However BFBC and others from EA or Ubi or whatever I have no idea what they will be doing... World at War? Probably hosted only I would assume... View

Yes you can use the Sixaxis function with the DS3. It says Sixaxis on the controller.

Lair has a patch to use the joysticks now as well. So you can choose to fly how you like. View

All they do is stack PS3's for servers. They link them and use them as a "Hive" mind.

If they dd someone would go off into an unfinished area and you would see a million 360 fans saying "OMGZ MAG WILL SUCKZORZ SO HARD!!! PS3 FAILS. WE HAVE GEARS AND....GEARS OH AND FABLE AND... FABLE... PS3 SUCKS" Who cares atm. It's coming and as long as it looks even as good as Warhawk I'll be happy(Judging by this shot it looks as good as COD4 though to me) I can't wait. View

I played it. I found it dull and laggy with a cliched story and weak characters I didn't feel attached to... I know I am one of very few who feel the game was lame but there were so many planets you either A. Couldn't go to or B. Were damn near desolate. I had incredible lag when there were more the 4 or 5 enemies on screen at any given time. No checkpoint's at all so if you die you get dropped back 5 or 6 hours of game (Happened to me 2 times) Also I feel there is way too much Sci Fi crep on the 360 anyway... I really didn't enjoy it at all and for the "Next big thing" coming to the 360 after Halo3, which I played/ beat/ went online to kill noobs and returned within a week, I felt let down greatly... and don't care for anything from bioware anymore... Game on if you like it but for me it really is "Meh" gaming. View

No it's more like comparing World of Warcraft to Lineage 2. Totally different to MMO gamers just as Gears and Resistance differ to me and you greatly but to your average Wii gamer looking to upgrade this christmas who knows little outside of swinging a remote they will look similar just how most MMORPG's might look similar to gamers who don't play them... View

I dunno. I like BF Bad Company and Burnout Paradise. I am looking forward to mirrors edge, Dead Space and many others... EA sports I don't much like but a lot of their more main stream story games ain't too bad IMHO. View

I just don't get it... Why wait a month? Why not have shown us everything at E3... I know you want to keep somethings secret but isn't E3 like the "Big" Show? I can see some RPG's for TGS or some other stuff for Liepzig but WTH? E3 is supposed to be "The show"... View

Hmmm.... Then I really have no idea what game that could be. Unless you lived abroad and had a system that was either illegal or a non US version somehow.

FF7 was honestly the last FF I liked. I liked the SNES ones and the first PS one which was FF7. FF9 wasn't too bad and Crisis core was ok as well. Game on though =D View

That was a great game until the end MK. I just couldn't bring myself to climb all 50 floors of that building =( Still though great fight system and the story albeit confusing a bit was still cool. View

You know I spent 5 years in the Army... Real life warfare is nothing like a video game... Reaction time may be a little better but thats about where it stops. Breathing, Sight picture, Posture, Grip, Trigger squeeze and about 20 other things are involved in firing a weapon besides reaction time... That and how many gamers can disassemble a M16 or an M4? let alone a M249. hell I doubt many could hold one to their shoulder for more then a few minutes. Things are damn heavy especially with 200 rounds loaded on the bottom... Weapons in FPS's don't jam either(Exception Far Cry 2 apparently). What would a Gamer do if their weapon jammed. They would have no idea how to preform "SPORTS"... All in all this is a retarded article. View

I wasn't joking when I said 12 discs above. The game engine and redundant sounds and everythng are over 7 gigs. That leaves 2 gig's per disc for gaame info and textures, voice and story. Unless they used compressed sound and dumbed down textures it is not feasable. View

I enjoyed their press conference the most. Their "Power point presentation" was great. I however agree with N'gai croal. They spent way too much time on the PS2 and PSP. While I love my PSP and play PS2 games still that should not be their focus at all anymore. They need to compete with their lead platform which is the PS3. Kind of a "Best foot forward" ideal.

FF13 was a big announcement but I am not a FF fan so for me the MS conf was pretty weak. Copied Mii's, XMB, Singstar and a ton of other IP's. I cringed about once every 5 minutes at their total lack of innovation. However gears looked really good but I have kind of lost a lot of interest in Fable...

Ninty are just sell outs to the people who made them what they are today. Don't get me wrong I like many games on the Wii but I rarely turn it on anymore.

While the Sony Press conference was not the best they had a lot to show through out E3 and have a great line up. Better then I could hope for and which will surely make me take out a loan this holiday and beyond. It's an exciting time and like Jack said. "2008 is all about software" and it shows. From what I understand a major part of the exclusivity on PS3 is in part to sony owning the movie rights and threatening a "no release" if it goes Multiplat.

Not only that but the constant barage of Apple products, Blu Ray jokes and other PS3 riff raff would make it a joke if it were ported. Not only that but the "12 discs" it would require as well would be insane. Not a feasable port unless it got dumbed down or had a mandatory install(Which was promised by MS to never be a standard or required)

In conclusion. There is no point in talking about it anymore until there is any kind of confirmation. View
