I was listening to Invisible Walls the other day and how they were talking about Pure and said "I like how when you do tricks it builds boost and forces you to use tricks in order to win" I kinda take the opposite opinion. I think tricks are a good "extra" after the racing is all solid and it you "Want" to pull off tricks while in the air for a "High Score" and have it take no effect on the race I am all for it.

That was what I hated about the SSX games. Constant tricks in order to go faster and such wore on me... That is my 2 cents and why I am looking forward to MS2. I am huge arcade racer fan and I while I feel it wont take as much of my life as Excite bike, Crazy taxi and Burnout have it will be a great and fun game =D. Pure however wont be seeing my shelf unless it's in a bargin bin.

Well really it's too hard to give you good advice. I'll tell you though I didn't do the warranty. I mean I went through 2 PS2's because they wear out over time but much more then 3 years apart. I PC and Console game still. honestly though bud I would say don't but I feel like that would be jinxing you =D So I won't say nothing but I can tell you most people on here didn't. Probably 90% or more.

If you take care of it it's not needed. The console has a less then 1% fail rate and those that fail do so early on in their life(mostly. Due to faulty wiring, Static or something of that nature) and would be covered under manufacturers warranty. I think it's a waste but I know there is someone out there thanking his stars he got it too... View

If your worried about it... I mean Sony is really good about replacing stuff... How much is it going to cost you for a "just in case" and can you afford it?

Edit: REally there is a lot of factors besides money. Do you have kids? Would it cover that(i.e. spills)? Do you plan on using it mainly for gaming or movies(Movies wear out the drive faster due to constant spinning)?Really what all is there to say. I mean if it's 20$ your not gonna miss then by all means if it's 60$ you will miss... keep it away from kids and food and take care of it... View

I agree. I kinda liked the combat though =D It was entertaining and not too repetative as in *Spoiler* your weapons change and then you get a whole new toon half way through... Variety for such a short game was really good. Overall good review though. =D Game on! View

There will probably be servers. 100's of servers. You can jump to different ones at anytime to hang out with your friends and such otherwise it will probably just default you to a local one. VOIP is probably either a Range thing(Within say 8 feet to hear kind like real life) or a "Do you wish to hear Jinxstar talk?" and you click "Yes" or "No" unless you are in Jinxstar's house then you get to hear him period.... or something like that... You can probably initiate a conversation via voip by a simple hit of the L2 or something. or just use the new keypad, your own keyboard, quick text or the standard slow msngr we all seem to use =P

Yeah thats how servers work... you house X amount of people on A and X on B and X on C and allow people to jump around in them to meet up with friends. Usually servers don't allow transfers like that but I'm sure with a good network it could work fairly well =D View

I agree. I really don't mind all that much though. It will be nice but I have enough to do in one life to worry about whats going on in a 2nd one =P. Still though it will be fun to play chess in the park with my brother who lives on the other side of the country... Or walk around his house and see pics of his family and stuff... I am looking forward to life with PS more honestly for myself. I watch the news in the AM but if I can get weather traffic and news on my PS3... Great. View

Look bro all I said was from what I have played it's not my type of game. From what I have played I am not going to invest umpteen days into trying to enjoy it... I enjoy variety in games but as far as dungeon crawlers go I would rather play Diablo 2 or(Insert a ton of other names here). From what I have played of too human, which honestly and fairness, isn't all that much but from what I have played and seen and heard and understand from about 15 credible sources it doesn't seem to appeal to me. I have a valid opinion on this.

My point in posting this was not blatant hate or spewing anti 360 sentiment but to put someone who was out of line in place. Do I think you have to purchase a game in order to have an opinion on it? No. I have never purchased bejeweled but I think it's great. Do people who rent count? Try before you buy I mean really isn't that the ultimate in opinion... Basically what I did by going to my friends house on Saturday and crackin a few brews and playing for a while... So my cred is nil because of it?

No I don't let reviews judge ifIi buy a game or not as I said above.

But if someone else who doesn't make as much money as you says "I will wait for reviews" like the quote I put. I can respect that just as I can respect a rental for an opinion. People who go out of their way to bash a game based on reviews and not having tried it I can understand a little more how it can be annoying but I don't feel I did that... I really don't feel like my post was a hate filled speach about why Too human sucks. by all right i don't think it sucks it's just not something I would buy and play. I don't like Halo or MGS either for that matter but hey thats my opinion. no console bias or anything I have played and beat both halo 3 and MGS 4 and don't care for either of them...

Really my comment holds no cred? Along with the many others from Gametrailers and IGN and other websites. I may not be a well known journalist but have you run out to buy Lair and Haze and Two Worlds? If not then your as biased as me. RPG guy doesn't have to have played it. Thats what reviews are for. I played at my buddies house and didn't much care for it myself. If I want a grind i'll do it in WoW...

Same can be said back to others "Have you played Lair?" Not that your knocking it but I felt(And feel currently after the patch to use the analog sticks) thats it's a decent game... Similar to the way you may feel about Too human and nothing wrong with that but i accept that many many others hated lair and don't say anything about it...

it seems like if you like it then great but the majority of people don't like it... When will you be satisfied? After he has invested 200 hours of his life into the game to come back up and say to your face "It sucks"?
