I have been following this game a long time. I love the Zelda/Brawler look to it. My only fear is that it will be short. I hope that is not the case... Otherwise I am totally sold day one =D

Really dude.... You truly don't get it. If A game like halo 3 is only playable on a 360 it is a 360 exclusive. If GT PSP were playable on a PS3 it would be a Playstation exclusive not a PSP exclusive.

If Splinter cell conviction can be played on PC it is a 360 console exclusive. Because as far as consoles go it is a exclusive. If you want to stretch you might be able to say it's a MS exclusive or something since you need windows. So long as it's confirmed it wont work on macs or linux...

Your trying to confuse brands with game releases. Fable one can be played on PC. Go to gamestop and buy it if you like but just because fable 1 can be played on PC doesn't make Fable 2 multiplat(if I follow your logic)... It is really simple.

If you can play a game one one item it's not exclusive i.e. a DS game is released and then it goes to PSP (GTA chinatown wars) Then it was a timed DS exclusive... Same with gears 1, braid or the fallout DLC...

If a game is released on a console and PC at the same time you could call it a console exclusive to that system. However saying or implying thats the only place to play it is a lie.

DC Universe online is coming out on PS3 and PC. It is a Playstation 3 Console Exclusive. Uncharted 2 is a Playstation 3 exclusive.... get it? It's really not hard and if you still don't get it I'm sorry bro. Just don't worry about it.

When you say "Exclusive" you need to modify the word. If you say "360 exclusive" that implies Halo or Banjo or something that can't be played elsewhere. if you say "360 console exclusive" That could mean Left for Dead or SCC because they are exclusive to that console. If you say 'Nintendo exclusive" It could be zelda or mario or something which can appear on handheld or on console... Emulators don't count because nintendo never officially licensed those or released them that way.

It's really quite simple. You could have a "360 Console timed exclusive" like the fallout 3 DLC... You just need to modify the statement to fit the context. Otherwise your asking for it.

Edit: At the games for windows argument. Are you positive you can't play something like ME2 on Mac? ME1 has run on macs... Granted thats like 1% of the gaming community that could do it but there are people that would do it so once again, technically, not exclusive... View

Field of depth is always a problem with NVG's. Not specific to those. I have used quite a few different ones while I was in the Army. You always have to look left or right to see how far you have walked and watch your feet a lot. We do tests like "Try to put this stick through a hole in the wall 4 feet away" it's really tough.

When I was deployed we would drive on occasion without lights for midnight raids... Kinda stupid I think because tanks and bradleys make so much noise that light discipline is the last thing the enemy is looking for but I guess it would still make us harder targets. Those NVG's made it super hard for me to drive but I managed... With a lot of practice.

They sound pretty cheesy to me but yeah. So long as you enjoy them =D View

The timed DLC is probably gonna have a big part on peoples buying habits. Just like how Batman AA did so well on the PS3 due to the DLC... Had the DLC been the other way around I think we would have closer... Maybe not even at all but surely closer numbers. View

Yeah I remember one of the first weapons ranges I went to. Where they fired an AT4 and a claymore just to show us. That was pretty cool. I left my earplugs out for those just to know... Felt like an idiot afterwards =P Fraking loud. Still though the first time you see, hear and feel a 50 cal tearing up some dune about a mile down range you get a feeling of the awesome power behind what the army does =D View

I too was in the military and have that same complaint... but not just with this game. With just about every movie and game that has ever been releases minus a few rare exceptions. I can think of one that when I saw it I was so freaking happy. Int he movie collateral Tom Cruise shoots some guy in the alley and it sounded sweet.

However if there had been gunfire that loud and real the whole movie I would have been deaf after words. You should know what it's like to shoot a weapon for more then 10 rounds without ear protection. It hurts. They probably do record them then turn the decibels down about 90%.

Have you tried messing with the sound FX volume and stuff? Might be something to try. I agree that it's unrealistic but then again... How many movies get it right? How many games? how many anything could possibly get the sound of a bomb going off right? View
