Let's not forget COD4. Where's the innovation in it? Who can name a truly innovative FPS the last couple of yeras. Where's the innovation in Battlefield? But when it comes to killzone everyone goes "just another FPS", "not innovative", "polished but just an FPS".

The problem is that they have to support 3 consoles in one conference. There's a lot of content to fit in just 2 hours. White Knight Story, Valkyria Chronicles, Heavy Rain, The Agency, Wardevil as you mentioned probably won't be released this fiscal year and are still a way off.

The fact is that they haven't even started working on the x360 version and they have no plans to do so until the game is released in Japan for PS3. So the PS3 version will be ready, except for the localizing, and then they will begin porting to the x360. I don't see how they could launch simultaneously, only if they purposely delay the PS3 version, which will hurt their overall sales for this it. I expect the PS3 version to launch first in Europe and in NA and SE to announce a delay for the x360 version in the future. It's not the first time that a developer announces a simultaneous release and then announces a delay for one console... View
