But by the definition of the gaming world, 2 months is old. The point of a review is to benefit people considering a purchase of the game. Approving this story doesn't benefit anyone. And that's the whole point of the submissions to n4g. They're supposed to inform the readers. What kind of beneficial info is in a review for a 2 month old game?
While the "review" is new, the game isn't. Should we approve a review of Blasto for the Playstation or to make this example a better parallel - should we approve a review for Gears of War that's written today? The review wouldn't benefit the readers of n4g. It would only benefit the submitting site. That alone makes it spam. (No I didn't report it as spam).
