Halo has always been Unreal with terrible physics. The only difference is that Halo sports more fruity colours, and the weapon balancing is terrible (since the majority of the weapons suck). View

The AI is laughably bad. It seems they haven't learned a thing from the original Mass Defect.

Physics sucks = put them in space
AI sucks = Make them robots
Animations suck = make them plastic characters
Shooting mechanics suck = Pretend it's an RPG

I thought they were importing them, since the numbers are so incredibly low. Yikes, Microsoft is failing in another territory. At least they have the US still... well at least they can compete with the PS3 in the US, that is.... hahaha View

The Slim's failure rate is at about 0.2%. Jasper has failed as consistent as the other million 360 models, in other words, the majority (over 54.2%) have failed.

You have got to be kidding me. Just because the game has taken 10 years, and is borderline vaporware, doesn't mean it is highly anticipated. Granted, xbots do not have many options when it comes to the 360 pathetic game library, but Alan Wake looks like a game made years ago (dated, since the technology hasn't aged well), has simple boring gameplay mechanics, and it is just outright forgettable. Microsoft will bundle Natal with something like Halo: H.O.M.O. and the kids will buy millions of them.

This video nails exactly why Natal can't be taken seriously, and I'm not surprised the bots are afraid to hit the play button. Deep down inside they know Natal is just a gimmick that was slapped together to compete with something Sony has been developing before the Wii. Think about the xbox user. How do they possibly limit the speed of the Playstation online play to give the xbox user who has suffered with lag in almost every game a fair chance? It wouldn't be fair. Also, I don't want to deal with the little homo kids on xbox live, it's the reason why I sold my 360. You feel like you are in a suit playing in a sandbox in an elementary school yard. It's pathetic.

Please leave the online PS3 experience strictly for mature individuals.

Then you have the terrible dead zones on the 360 controller. The more precise and reactive PS3 controller would have PS3 users running circles around the xbox users. View

A large amount of the content on the disc is comprised of core assets required to play the game, not only that, you have characters/enemies/assets/envi ronments/sounds/etc. that are used in multiple sections throughout the game.

This means that this content that is absolutely needed for the game, will need to be placed on every disc. So the estimate of the loss of data in the article is an understatement. The inferior 360 version will lose a lot more. View

Um, Microsoft are known for making some of the worst software ever released. Have you ever heard of Windows? More specifically Windows Vista?

Oh no... I used the V word. You have to love the new ads: "Windows 7, it was my idea!". They are already shifting the blame.

Not to mention, the XMB is a million times better than the 360s dashboard mess. Navigating the dashboard with the d-pad is another mess on to itself. The XMB is clean and smooth, you always know exactly where everything is, because it is intuitive. Something Microsoft has never been good at. View

The first game was dull and largely uninspiring. The gameplay mechanics were pretty bad, and some parts of that game looked very very ugly graphically.

It wouldn't make my list, not even close. View

Not since the PS3 launched. Unfortunately for your claims Sony has been outselling the 360 consistently in every part of the world, even the US.

And as a matter of fact, the US is the only place the 360 still manages to compete with the PS3. The PS3 is killing in sales everywhere, not just Japan.

Maybe when you grow up you will find out that the business world isn't all bubbles and cotton candy. Unless your parents carry you the rest of your life. Microsoft's tactics are well documented, this isn't hypothetical. Do some research if you think Microsoft is some almighty company that turns into an orphanage at night and hands out money bags to the poor. The world doesn't work that way. When money is involved, it gets cut throat fast. Microsoft has been selling cruddy products with nothing but hype from the day the idea of "Microsoft" hit Bill Gates while sitting on the can. Don't be fooled by the pretty Microsoft ads, and for your own sake start asking questions and stop taking it in the rearend for a company that doesn't care about you in the least bit. View
