Silicon (Knights) is NOT a first-party studio for Microsoft
In fact, Silicon Knights' Denis Dyack has said they're working on undisclosed PS3 title(s).
Microsoft's first-party studios are: Rare, Lionhead, Ensemble. They make good games, but NOT "AAA" titles. The only Microsoft's first-party studio that made "AAA" games was Bungie (which is no longer a first-party studio.)

Most people already have a DVD library, and they don't really want to replace all the DVDs.
Let say I have about 300 DVDs. I sure hell don't want to spend the time and money to replace them.
And this new player will play my existing DVDs just fine, and it will play my existing DVDs better than existing Blu-ray and upscaling players.

I expect Killzone 2 to get poor reviews
The last two Killzone games (one for PS2 and the other for PSP) did not get 90+. They did not even get 80+.
Guerilla has NEVER made a game that got 80+ or 90+.
With Silicon Knights, at least they have a history of making great games.
Guerilla, on the other hand, has a history of making BAD games with good graphics.

You can't buy Wii Fit in the UK because it's OUT OF STOCK everywhere. That's why it's dropped out of sale charts.
