I stopped reading after that. Pure and utter speculation, once again, from Pachter who seems intent on making the headlines with his comments recently.

eLiNeS - if you took your blinkers for a second you might find there is a world out there.

Now that GTA has been delayed until next year, PSN will have Home which will include something very similar to the XBL Achievements. Now for fast boot times, what's that about? Haven't heard that one before. I guarantee you not even 10% of Xbox 360 owners will pay and download the extra content to get the "complete experience". Firstly, no one even knows what it is and how much it will cost. And on top of all of that, I bet over 40% of people do not even complete the entire game. View

I don't understand why people believe that Halo 3 will sell millions of more Xbox360 systems. The Xbox is already established and the people waiting for Halo 3 already own a 360. I can't think of anyone I know who is holding off making the decision to buy a 360 for more games to come out - they've all already got one!

Whereas, the PS3 is new and is having a slow start and you can find lots of people who are still holding off buying it until more games come out. By Christmas there will be plenty of games available to shift more systems.

I don't believe this one game being delayed will kill the PS3 by any means and I certainly do not believe it will force the PS3 to cut their price again. View

It's a matter of opinion mate. This isn't news, it's one man's speculation, and if anything, trouble making.

The majority of the story is a duplicate and nothing new and the rest is just speculation that's going to spark a stupid fanboy war. Very lame in my opinion.

EDIT: The problem with Fanboy Wars is that it's just a repition of the same thing and generally downgrades to the "xbox breaks" and "ps3 over-priced with no games" slugging match. I've heard it all before and would rather have a proper discussion with my fellow gamers. As soon as you get fans from either side involved you'll get defensive arguments which do not produce productive comments. View

Couldn't agree more.

Game consoles are no longer just for 'gaming' and there is so much more to them these days. I'd certainly say that game software will still be the major decider, but it's certainly nice to be able to continue using your console for other things when you're not playing a game. View

What are your sources for these claims? If GTA IV came out on the PS3, I'd say that would be a huge huge boost. So I don't blame Micro$oft for doing this, if it's true. View

You really have to say this is a big selling point to some people. I know for a fact it was one of the reasons which I bought my PS3. Having to pay over the odds for 120gb (the largest you can get) for a Xbox 360 didn't really appeal to me for some reason.... View

Regardless of what some of you think..
I'm happy to get this Demo and a few more trailers. It'd be nice to have a larger content, but that'll probably take a little time.

I've been looking forward to this game and a good demo will decide whether I buy it or not. I wonder if these companies realize what effect these demo's actually have on their sales?? View

I could see Monopoly coming onto the PSP and/or DS as well as Scrabble. I think mobile phones and PDA's could be a good target as well.

Could anyone imagine having a big 3D version of Monopoly on their PS3/360?? lol View

Are they any good?
I was tempted to get one while I was in America this past May. I saw them in Wal-Mart and Target. If I remember correctly, they were $9.99 for just the glove and $14.99 with a cable. Did all sorts of colours too.

I always wondered whether they've slip around a bit or make a step to the buttons feel strange. What's your thoughts? View

Can't you just stick them on a memory card/usb stick and put them on your PS3 hard drive and use them that way? Or even easier if you've set your computer and PS3 to share content. View
