1.) Honestly there is not much difference between releasing a demo right before release and releasing one 6 months later. Its intended to attract people who have not played it yet, obviously that is not you.
2.) Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what segment of the game the demo is from? My guess would be up until you meet Otocon.
