Hi sorry about the voicemail I need to change it, I actually have changed schedules so I work from 12-9 central standard time. Anyway I did receive your voicemail yesterday and, if you did receive an email stating that the order was now going to be original price that means that you were not one of the 2100 people that were able to get it at the discounted price. I am very sorry because we were not aware on the sales floor that Microsoft only gave us 2100 xbox’s at that discounted price and they sold out in 1 hour. So I don’t know if you were able to qualify. As for shipping we have already submitted the order so the shipping cannot be changed. If you have any questions please contact me and if I don’t answer just leave a voicemail thanks again.

My confirmation email from Dell has the quoted price of $299. From the info above anyone who gets a cancelled order email will be due to lack of inventory to fill the orders as opposed to a pricing error on the website. We'll see.

I got another email from the rep stating the order will not be cancelled and everything is good to go. View

I got a confirmation email. Went to dell.com to check status and order is in production with an estimated ship date of 8/13-8/15. I did place my order over the phone. The rep acknowledged this was a periodic one day sale price. She also mentioned to check for other one day sales on various other products Dell carries. I think this was a legit one day internet sale. View

It's gonna take a while for Sony to catch up to MS with trophy support let alone surpass MS. Most developers of popular currently played titles have said no patches for trophy support. Sony has yet to mandate all new games must support trophies. View
