I think it will be for both Xbox 720 and PS4. The reason why I think so is because they got till 2013-2015 to release both systems right and by then both consoles will be powerful and that unreal engine 4 will be superior to run on both systems and also Gears 3 will be running good on both.

Long story short the game will run great on both consoles. View
