this may be helpful to some
i recently cancelled my netflix account but then reupped when i heard about this. as soon as i reupped, earlier this week, i signed up for the disk.

so i called customer service and talked to a super helpful guy named Rob. he said that they expect to have all disks out by the end of the month, but from the sounds of things that's probably their buffer date. i bet we all get ours within the week.

he also mentioned that b/c there are so many to send netflix is trying to keep it from affecting the shipment or folks' normal dvds and blurays as well.

sounds like they've got this thing incredibly organized. im surprised that only a few weeks after announcing that the disks are making their way out so quickly. an in large quantity it sounds like.

excited about this. ive got the roku box so now i can give that to someone... View

there's been too many fun games this year
infamous, arkham asylum, u2, and this.

i hate to say it but r&c acit may be my favorite. i can't believe how fun it is. the moon stuff. all that.

ive had the same issues with camera and platforming but once you get past it you soon forget. insomniac killed it on this one. 9.5 to me. View

i've like the design and think it looks better, at least in my setup, than the "fat" ps3.

im pretty sure this discussion is meant to focus on the industrial design, rather than features, but something tells me that the engadget comments will soon be full of BC and Cross game chat talk. View

i give it a handful of months before the go starts making sense to at least a few of these haters.

excuse me while i get back to work and remote play into my home ps3 via my iphones connection and put "slap shot" on my 19" hdtv from the corner of my cube. when its over i'll use my old sixaxis (non rumble) to play some ff7 or jeanne d arc on said tv to take a break. View

got mine, loving it
like someone said earlier. its tiny. feels good in the hands though. really liking the media go software. may switch from itunes to it. i can answer any questions folks may have. including this:

q: do i need a ps3 (or a friend's ps3) to pair a ps3 controller to my pspgo?

early adopters pay. i'm an early adopter of awesome hardware. i also sold my 3000 back in the spring knowing something was coming down the line. i dont touch my umds after getting what i want out of them so i'm set.

total this will cost me about $75. the added bluetooth so i can use my ps3 controller while cradled or hooked into a tv is well worth that $75. i'm ready to move my music from my iphone to it as well.
