It can only mean bad news for US computer users. It means more virus to go around for everyone one. Kinda really sucks.

But when's the last time you've been hit with a computer virus?
I haven't had one in at least 3 years.

It seems that viruses are becoming less and less prevalent as computer users start wising up on what files are good and what are bad. Mostly only script kiddies write destructive viruses anymore; the experienced hackers and crackers write things like trojans and keyloggers which are much more beneficial to them as grants them access to things like bank accounts and credit card numbers.

I own a mac and it gets hit with the same amount of spyware, malware and viruses as my PC does. Know why? becasue they are "both" connected to the net.

I would bet that Steve Jobs is crying at Bill Gates bank account.

You just became number 5 on my ignore list, I only stick dumb people there, so have fun with the other 4.

School systems need to start training youth on the importance of computer security, ie: firewalls, ,malware, spyware, and antivirus. Because as they get older, the world will mostly be connected through everything. Right now schools teach mostly an introduction to computers with advanced classes at higher grades.

4 - There is only one solution
Teach all the idiots out there with computers how to properly protect their computer. A computer doesnt suddenly run slow for no reason. If the viruses could never accomplish their mission they would stop being made. Of course there would still be the ones that just play around with you and are just annoying.
