Though the PlayStation 3 is not locked by any particular region, meaning a Japanese PS3 should play European titles, there is one caveat as far as technology is concerned.
On Amazon, you can't get an RTX 4090 for less than this one from Gigabyte, which now offers great value after an eye-catching April deal.
Gary Green said: We have a juxtaposition of 2D and 3D visuals, flashy turn-based combat, quirky anime characters with cheeky dialogue with plenty of partial nudity; Yes, this is a Compile Heart JRPG. Whilst the engine is borrowed from Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, Mugen Souls is more of a Disgaea spin-off. It’s not a strategy RPG as such, it merely sits within Disgaea’s ever-expanding universe (Multiverse? Netherverse? Your guess is as good as mine). You won’t find cameos though, since Mugen Souls is a franchise which aims to stand on its own two feet.
Huzaifa from eXputer: "2008 was home to the likes of Call of Duty: World at War, Dead Space, GTA 4, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, and many other hits, which is outright remarkable."
Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
2009 for example had Assassin's Creed 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2, Halo 3: ODST, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Bayonetta, and Demon's Souls to name a few.
This actually relieves me. At first I was under the impression that I would need a PAL tv to play ANY PAL game. That would blow!
Well that's old info
I can't believe joystiq made a story out of this!
And they call themselves a gaming site...
Sony or MS should buy the idiots and can all their butts!
And trying to screw with Jaffe, thats just stupid! lol
Well I didn't know.
I'm still using an old TV..actually most my friends are too.
We're waiting for our old TV's to die or until Feb 2009.
also lotsa movies ARE region locked, and ALL PS2 and PS1 titles are region locked (in case you want to play the old games ;) )
and then you have to add toll and taxes and shipping ontop .. not a bargain in my view, cause you also have no one to turn your warranty in in a rare case of a defect ....
