Polar Panic is a puzzle game available on the Xbox Live Arcade, but comes with a $800 price tag? It seems that Microsoft made a mistake on the pricing of the game, it should in fact be 800 Microsoft Points.

Overall, Bayonetta is gorgeous, stylish, entertaining and deliciously unique. To say that it is my favorite action game yet is an understatement. Kamiya and his team at Platinum Games deserve a round of applause (and perhaps a few platonic hugs) for their incredible work on this project. Bayonetta will remind you how cool videogames can be.

Bayonetta is essentially a sequel masquerading as an original game. It's not a "nice first attempt." It's not short. It's not a foundation lacking features and variety and whatever else reviewers like to complain about. It has the kind of heft usually reserved for the second or third game in a franchise, and deserves to sit next to Assassin's Creed 2 and Uncharted 2 rather than their predecessors.

Many journalists have concluded that 2009 was not a stellar year for Xbox 360, in fact it has been deemed as the worst since Microsoft launched the console in 2005. Greenberg would not agree that 2009 was the worst, but he reckons 2010 will beat out last year by miles, "no doubt."

Christian Group Seeks to Ban Modern Warfare 2

Maine's Christian Civic League is calling for a ban on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. "The public has been dangerously desensitized to violence," the group writes. "Many find a thrill in participating in violent video games." They continue to say the game goes too far, "even in our own desensitized age." Of course, the notorious "No Russian" level is most offensive, according to the group.

With Modern Warfare 2 breaking world records, Activision has brought in a third developer for a future Call of Duty project. It's not Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare series or Treyarch's World at War games; It's something new.

Activision has made it public that they are no considering a Call of Duty MMO, but could it be a third series of Call of Duty games based in the future? Call of Duty: Future Warfare?

Or are they moving forward with Call of Duty Online?

No Demo or DLC For Darksiders

Darksiders' release is only two weeks away so this would be an ideal time to release a demo to give players a taste of this new IP. Don't expect one to show up on Xbox Live or PSN, though.

"We aren't doing a demo," Vigil Games general manager David Adams told VG247. "We didn't have the time our resources to prepare one – finishing the game came right down to the wire."

That RUSE beta was fun for the people who managed to get in. For everyone else (and those who might have missed any details of the beta), there's the beta hands-on preview.

"Before you say "oh noes, not another WWII RTS", be aware of what they are attempting to achieve with the game. The whole point of RUSE is to trick your opponent into thinking you are doing something you are not. During WWII the allies utilised cunning methods to trick the enemies into thinking they were better equipped than they really were by deploying dummy tanks for example. RUSE adds elements such as this and other tactical features to keep the enemy at bay and lead you to victory."
