I actually liked this game a lot and thats saying a lot because I'm a PS3 and Final fantasy fan LOL. Yes it is a very traditional RPG and doesnt introduce anything really new to the genre but the story is amazing (along the lines of Final fantasy) and constantly pulls you back in to continuing this 4 disc game.
In the game, you are Kiam who is an immortal for some reason and the game takes you along his journey as he regains his memory of the past 1000 years. Kaim, as well as many others, are very likeable characters in the fact that they are human and not just immortals, in every sense. At times I thought i knew exactly where the story was going and then they switch it up on me making the game very unpredictable which i like. It was to the point where i didnt know who to roote for LOL. Along with the characters, the story is awesome. Its hard to tell you what its about without revealing the story, but just take my word for it.
There arent too many issues I had with the game in general. And as far as loading times go, they are fine. They must of corrected something that makes the load times better. The only long loads I noticed are between map areas and some cutscenes. Again this is a very nice game. Its well made and probably another one of those 40hr RPG depending on if you use the guide or not. At least it feels like you are getting your money worth. I think most RPG fans would like it (but it isnt, by no means, worth buying a 360 especially if Microsoft is gonna bring out another SKU...LOL // go blu)
