Radiant Mythology 2 Dominates Japanese Sales In February

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 has been revealed as the best-selling game in Japan last month, beating out heavy-weights like Star Ocean: The Last Hope and Mario & Luigi RPG3!!!.

Namco-Bandai has also released information about a new Katz-themed costume available for those who buy the soon-to-be-released Official Complete Guide.

Pretty good for a PSP game, especially when a big 360 game came out at the same time.

Looks awesome, and yeah that's impressive for a PSP game.

Tales games sell best on Sony platforms. Maybe Namco Bandai should focus on releasing their mothership titles on the PS3 and PSP.

3.1 - why limit themselves?

That was true with the PS2 because it was the most popular system. If they're going for where the most people are, they would want to do games for the Wii (like the unnamed Tales of Ten, rumored to be Tales of Gracia/Graces).

Servbots right IMO; Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 did better than TOV (360), Tales of Symphonia 2 (Wii), and Tales of Heart (DS). I'd love to see a exclusive Tales game for the PS3 and see how it does for sales.

Namco-Bandai hasn't said anything yet as far as a North America / European release.
