HAHHA exactly how many bundles do you think they are going to sell in Japan? First week the game MIGHT cross 100,000 while if this game were on the PS3 it would have sold 200,000 day one.

But the attach rate is very high, you gotta give Microsoft that. It definitely just pwned LBP in Japan.

End of the day Sony releas thos 2 games and they will sell near enough another 2 million consoles.

Star Ocean will sell machines too...for MS but no where near FF levels.

Chrono Trigger deserves it. Lets see if The Last Remnant has legs. Doubt it. Don't think it's going to do too well over here in any case. Love it or hate it kinda game.

It would've been better for the game if both the PS3 version and 360 version came out together...but then no one would buy it for 360 in Japan, eh?

Chrono Trigger is one of best games of ALL time, BUT it does not deserve this. This is Square kicking out a SNES game and acting like its new.

This isn't like remaking the game....this is a freaking direct port of a SNES game..and all it is doing is adding in a extra dungeon.

It would be like if the recent Mega Man on ps3/360 was 60$ or even 50$ for a copy on disc.

The whole reason Square Enix decided to do this was because recently all these random games they have been making for CONSOLES have been selling like garbage. Square needs $$$...so where better to get and have 0 development cost?...a SNES game

Japan, it will be really amusing when these Japanese companies pull out of Japan because of the lack of sales, I mean look at SquareEnix now, looking to develop US centric games? WTF?! Of all companies I wouldn't have expected SE to look toward the US for gaming, that shows right there that Japan is the one in trouble.

Also, look at Tecmo, making a Gears of War like game? REALLY? A Japanese company making a game like a US company? OMG WTF? It used to be the other way around, now you got all these Japanese companies looking to the US for their big money, so yeah.

It's VGchartz so take these figures with a grain of salt..ne ways wasn't this expected for LR...the sales are good....but dont really expect the Bundles to push the sales over the edge either.....ne ways the 360 will have a great week.....but I honestly dont see this game carrying the 360 sales througout the X-max....sales will probably dipp in 2 weeks as usual

Last Remnant sold to a far larger % of the Xbox 360 install base than any other game on the list sold to it's respective install base(Xbox has a MUCH lower install base than NDS, WII, PSP, PS2, PS3). How can 78K be considered a flop for first day 360 sales?

& now... the end is near... 78k in just 1 day means about 213,000 for the week and I predicted a week ago that xbox 360 would sale 75,000 units this week. Let's see if I'm right or wrong.

Nobody buys Ps3 stuff... deal with it. They buy Ps3's to look at and watch movies. The sales of their software are indicative of that. 5k for Motorstorm 2??? what the hell is that when Motorstorm sold nearly 4 million?

Do people actually think there will be a surge in all these games ahhaha... if they don't sale at Christmas, they won't sell at all. This is Sony's worst year to date. This is epic guys. Epic!

I see strong sales figures for this game in Japan.Not sure how the west will take it but we'll find out when the NPD rolls in.Personally I was shocked by the Gamepro review of The Last Remnant so I am not sure about the game's quality

the difference between me and you is this... When you see Motorstorm selling 5k you think it's funny. When I see it selling 5k I think it's sad...
