3 - Just keep on milking your past Square
And keep refusing to move forward in the future outside of a closed-theatre. This game COULD be good, we'll see. F'n Square.

I respectfully disagree (Unless you are talking about Final Fantasy being a rehashed Idea then please just skip over this part all together.) - Hey at least I have the decency to warn.

Otherwise if you are talking about the players within' this game is it really rehashed all together? Is it the same as Mario? Who has been put on every console and see his face on every lunchbox, shirt and what not? Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not see a Cloud strife nor do I see a Ultimecia lunchbox either. Neither these characters or the ones in the game for that matter have been rehashed to the point of being milked as such. As they are given their own storylines and personal goals/Motives maybe the characters themselves are rehashed, but overall they are changed by a small margin which in theory would change them from the characters that they once were thus making them different from the past which leads to them not rehashing the same character.

As for the not moving forward? I believe the next installment of Final Fantasy speaks for that. They opened up the doors toward Xbox 360 which I think and in my honest opinion is a nice leap that they made making the game more readily available to those who are unable this holiday season or perhaps after the months to come to afford a PS3, but are able to for a Xbox 360 due to the price cut and all. Also being that this next installment is not Medieval and such as the previous ones and becoming more "Sci-Fi" generated I think it shows that they are trying to branch out Final Fantasy as much as they can. Besides with a name like Final Fantasy why would you really file a complaint? They are doing what they do and they are doing it to the best they can and people love them for that, seriously no one would want it any other way. (Except for those who would like Dissidia on PS3 perhaps?)
