1 - The Funniest Game I've Ever Played
The Simpsons Game would have been great if they had spent as much time on the gameplay as they did on the writing. So the best overall combination of comedy AND gameplay, at least to me, has got to be Portal. There's just something funny about evil robots with cold, unfeeling voices. This worked great for KOTOR as well.
