PES 2009 Dated, new mode revealed

Konami has revealed during its press conference that Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is set to be released this October.

There is also a new "Become a Legend" mode. This game type enables you to relive the career of your favourite football player. You start as a rookie and the game ends when you retire.

cant wait, I hope they fixed some issues from the last one.
Last year Fifa looked so much better than PES, PES looked like a PS2 game they need to work on graphics as well. Gameplay wise its the best.
When I play Fifa I feel like Im controlling a bunch of down syndrome little league players and the through passes just suck in Fifa.
Ill most likely get both again for PS3 or 360. Just gotta decide on which to get for PSP.

3 - will it work online?
The last game was a joke online.I also agree the game needs a vast visual improvement.With all that said i absolutely love the game play and the attention to detail of most player attributes.Not so keen on the odd super players like Adriano or Ibrahimovic who are good but not Gods.

i am a huge PES fan...but they have to get the online right...it'd be an insult after the disaster they had with PES9...before I'd go and pre-order (last year I even imported mine from UK) but now I will wait...as far the graphics and new mode...i don't really care as long as the good old pes gameplay is there...any word on how many ppl will be able to play online? it'd be nice to have 10 v 10
