This is only a list of confirmed titles. Like the list from E3 they didn't have any of the secret games (MAG. Lips, Sports Resort). We have already heard that Savage Moon will be there but I didn't see it on the list. So don't take this list as end all be all.

Also MS is not going to be there because they don't have as much in house development to showcase year round. From what I understand Alan Wake, SC: Conviction and Peter Jackson's Halo projects are to far off to reveal at this time.

You know that you are in trouble when you are using "unannounced games" as a defence. You don't have to be afraid...you can go buy a PS3 right now and play quality games! Why limit yourself to a substandard console?

Too human got bad reviews.
The first Viva Pinata got bad reviews.
Alan Wake is no where to be found.

The rest are Gears 2 and Fable 2.

The Ps3 has White Knight Story, Valkyria Chronicles, Resistance 2, Socom Confrontation, Little Big Planet, Motorstorm 2 and coming next will be Wardevil, Heavy Rain, Infamous, GOW3, Killzone 2, Team Ico game, Naughty Dog game, another Insomniac game and many more unannouced games.

Star Ocean 4 on the 360 is looking good though so is Tales of Vesperia and Infinite Undiscovery.

In conclusion, no one will be lacking awesome AAA titles except for Wii owners.

Yea maybe a weak lineup in your opinion, but to the majority of the gaming community that is a very strong lineup especially since there are sequels in the lineup that have already proved what they are capable of. Also orginal games such as LBP, Infamous, and Heavy Rain have drawn much excitement. So I do not know where you get "weak" from.

To your second point which states an Unannounced Lineup in 2009 will not save the PS3. First off the PS3 does not need saving it has gained alot of momentum and is outselling the 360 worldwide (including America) every week. The 2009 lineup is not unannounced.

White Knight Story is going gold before march of 2009
Infamous has a spring 09 release
Killzone 2 has a February 09 release
RE5 has a March 13 2009 release
God of War 3 has a spring 09 release date
MAG has a spring 09 release date
FF13 has a 2009 release in Japan

Microsoft needs to announce some new games to keep up with Sony's onslaught of games. You really need to open your eyes and accept that Microsoft buying exclusives away from Sony is not gonna keep them on top it is just going to make them die slower.

As a Ps3 only owner, I am glad that Microsoft is bringing quality titles to the 360. This is making Sony step up their game to bring me better games and awesome free services like the PSN and Home.
