PSP Firmware 3.96 included on Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2 UMD

If you absolutely must have the latest PSP firmware, you may want to pick up Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2. The UMD comes packaged with firmware 3.96, although the contents of said firmware are unknown at this time. Considering the small numerical leap from the previous official release (3.95), [PSP Fanboy is] assuming that the new firmware adds no significant new functionality.

PSP Fanboy has contacted SCEA for a comment.

2.1 - How about
Some beefed up MP3 features such as look up by artist etc... granted the audio playback is fine as it is, but they need to add regular mp3 player features.

How about an update for ps3 game. That includes voice chat for player hosted rooms. I understand it not being in 50 player tournaments. But theirs no excuse for it not being in 8 player rooms.
