Star Ocean remakes landing on North American PSPs?

Siliconera has been waiting to hear something official about Star Ocean: First Departure and Star Ocean: Second Evolution in North America. Square Enix registered trademarks for both subtitles in North America, but that's about it. Out of the blue Gamefly is listing both games with a placeholder September 30th release date.

The first one I played a little bit on an emulator (poor translation) but it plays sort of like 2 with added voice every 5-10 minutes; the second one I received all 86 endings when it first came out back in 98-99. I'd buy it though since I want to see what new features they added.
