3.4 - I remeber in 07 like around March when Locoroco came out and it was labelled

as a sublime attemp at being racist. and even the new marketing for the PSP when the new ceramic white came out, either way these misconceptions tend to happen. it's really only racially insecure people who get offended by small things who inturn are racist that allow this misconceptions get the best of them...

Uncharted and Resident evil are not racist it's just a game with a story that pits you against another culture for a mode of survival in finding out the truth of some thing gone terribly wrong, if people acnt understand such a thing they should really just keep the hell out of the video game industry and look at the blatant racism that happens in the present day, while not as over the top and not occoring as much as it was in the past.

the guy who wrote the column doesn't think it's racist, he's taking the p***

to be honest though resi 4 and 5(trailers i know i havent played the game) have ugly visual imagery. If the majority of video game protagonists weren't all white this wouldn't be the case. Gamers are too asinine and or apathetic to bother to question this.

when you look at gaming in general and then look at resi, it's not that the makers are saying "hey go kill ethnic minorities" its more like the only guys who can kill zombies in the main series (i know there have been spin offs) are white people.Resi 4 felt like ethnic cleansing and resi 5 feels like that too, primarily because of these "smarter, new and improved non-zombie zombies?". making them more intelligent and abandoning the tense camera angles has killed resi. resi 4 wasn't scary, and resi 5 isn't "scary" its just alarming and action packed.

This is why i love gta: white dude, italian american dude, black dude, then black dude again i think. then white dude in liberty city stories if i'm not mistaken. and now Eastern european dude.

Thank you sir, that is the exact reason why these claims piss me off so much. It's the proverbial boy crying "wolf". Unwarranted claims at EVERYTHING that has 2 inversed colors clashing over time dulls everyone to when it actually DOES happen, and trust me I know and have experienced the differences.

The PSP ad wasn't racist, it had both chicks on the offensive at different times. RE5 for damn sure wasn't racist, no one had an issue with killing all the white zombies (and the one black one who looked like Will Smith in RE2) up until RE4 when they were Spaniards. Seriously, if you're some twacked out zombie trying to kill me with a pick axe, I'm shooting you if I possibly can no matter what color you are.

And anyone who finds racism in Echochrome needs to spend a few hours with LAPD or something to see what racism is really like.
