So long as you don't mind a bit of a slog at the beginning, the payout even a few hours into the game is immensely rewarding. If you played the first game and liked it, grab this one, and if you didn't... well, perhaps now's the time to give it another shot. Lord knows there aren't exactly a ton of PSP games hitting these days.
