IGN: NCAA Football 09 PSP Review

It's been away for a while, primarily because of an unexpected bug, so you'd expect that there'd be something that would truly blow PSP owners away. Unfortunately, these players will be supremely disappointed because of the basic nature of the game. Not nearly as deep or as expansive as the previous version in the series, this seemingly tentative re-entry into the portable market should've been developed for another year to present a truly innovative experience.
