The title is based on the manga by Kentaro Yabuki, mixing in humour, love and ecchi (erotica), into a game entitled To Love-Ru. The story begins when Lala, pink-haired heroine flees her planet because her father is trying to arrange her in marriage. She lands on earth, in the bathroom of Rito, the main male character of the game, and she decides that he will be her husband. Along the way there is a lot of the comedy, and of course nudity and fondling of all kinds.
