Telling you man, you're going to be playing as normal Snake in the game. It more than likely takes place over a few years, or Old Snake himself is something else or a gimmick completely. I wouldn't be surprised if they swapped him out from all the cutscenes and gameplay like they did Snake and Raiden in MGS2.

When this game hits I'm turning off my phone, and telling everyone I'm going on a pilgrimage so they don't bother me for a week.

3.3 - As obvious as this may sound

i think at this point in the timeline, they have made clones of snake, i mean they have to right? so at various parts you will be playing with clones...remember that video from long ago with a younger looking snake, thats the clone. And in mgs 1, when grey fox (ninja) sacrifices himself to save snake, they're gonna flip that and make snake save raiden (the new ninja) btw i'm Hideo Kojima

This game will sell millions... A lot of ppl are waiting for this to come out just to buy a ps3 so this should help Sony out a ton. So should killzone I hope the gameplay is as fun as the graphics look.

15 - man this game is so amazing but now MGS4 is duking it out with resistance 2 for hype.

in all honesty... Resistance 2 just murdered the hype i had for alot of games this year... MGS4 and killzone nearly got owned by the R2 announcement... i personally love my PS3. and 2008 is it's defining year.. and personally i cant wait. Resistance 2, KZ2, Haze, coded arms 3, FFXIII, MGS4, Infamous, 8 days, GT5, Getaway 3, 2-days to vegas, LBP, socom confrontation, Heavy rain, war devil, motorstorm 2, Wipeout HD, tekken 6, white knight Story.

being my most anticpated ones

like DMC4, GTA4, fallout 3, Burnout P, Dark sector, and Bionic commando, RE5.... a gamers paradise on PS3 this year is truely the year of the PS3.. Go sony Go

and kojima bring on that MGS4 news or better yet that ZOE3 announcement

15.1 - 2007 was an awesome year for gaming

But I'm thinking 2008 will be even better.

A list of the things I will be doing in 2008.

1.Finishing the last MGS game (epic)

2.Creating my own levels in LBP

3. Killing a lot of Helghast

4.Playing 60-player online BATTLES and 8 player coop

5.Playing the next Final Fantasy (always epic)

6. Amassing a caravan of cars and racing in 60FPS 1080p (putting my tv to good use)

And what's crazy is that those things right there that I could spend months on only involve 6 games. And we thought the last of 2007 was great.
