IGN Previews MGS4 at CES 2008

At the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Sony had a special visitor at its booth as Konami was on hand to show off a playable demo of Metal Gear Solid 4. IGN were able to get some hands on time with the game and many of their worries were put to rest.

IGN noticed that the game looks absolutely stunning. Everything is rendered in fine detail from the war-torn-middle-eastern city that the level took place in, right down to the individual hairs on Snake's 'stache.

I miss my MGS3 online, the servers went down last year here in the EU. CUS revisited! I miss my fix so much I'm contemplating learning to mod UT3 with the City Under Siege Map. But 1st I need to upgrade my PC!

as much of a MGS4 fan that i am... i agree it does have a great chance at GotY but there will be fierce competition if LBP turns out to be what it promises to be though

14 - I cant wait for this game

I never played the original metal gear solid games. I was too young at the time and my parents wouldn't let me x.x. Hell I could hardly play Goldeneye because there was blood in it x.x. I hate overly-protective Jesus freaks as parents. Im 16 now with a girlfriend who's 17 so she can buy me my games! :D
