Hah I counted 30 from that list I'll be getting if everything comes out this year, and there are a few PSN titles that aren't listed that I'm getting too. Those paired with the games I'm getting for other consoles this year, I'll be getting like 50+ games and I'll complete like 8 of them. New media rack is being picked up now.

Edit:

Well now you'll have like 25-30 if you plan on getting any of the PSN titles. Year 2 is always the ass kicking year.

EDIT: BTW although its not official official, we all know Jak and Daxter is coming and Resistance 2. Im pretty sure Jak And Daxter has a chance of it being released in 08, Resistance 2 Im not sure.

Just make a schedule when to get the games, you'll be fine. I did that after realizing I go out and spend 60 bucks getting drunk, then peeing it out the next morning. I just flushed 60 bucks down the toilet!! So. ..might as well buy a flask and a game o_O.

good list but he barely scraped the surface in terms of ps3 exclusives- missed out WKS, metro 2033, uncharted 2, resistance 2, motorstorm 2, team ICO project, star ocean 4, disgaea 3, KH3 and many more

7 - Oh boy...

This is going to be a rough year. How to decide what to get? Awesome games. Can't wait to see what's up with Heavy Rain. I enjoyed Indigo Prophecy, very unique and a great story (very X-Files-ish). A true interactive movie (actually better than a lot of the movies out these days). Great year to be a gamer and PS3 is starting to open up its hardware to create the best games on the market. Very exciting.

Edit - Good one Skerj - and true! *Bubbles* (like you need them!)

Edit 2 - Any one heard anything about Sabatuer? I didn't see it on the list.

Hah thanks, and very much agreed on Indigo Prophecy. I love that game so much, except the last quarter. The story was awesome and inventive, and I really got into the whole trying to "escape and catch myself" dynamic they put you in. Oh and a few of those 60-100 dollar nights, you'll start thinking the same thing.

Saboteur should still be coming out this year, also Pandemic's other game Mercenaries 2 was omitted from the list.

How is it you have any bubbles left? Every time you post a comment it is simply to bash PS3. You don't state any facts, you just say how "superior" the 360 is. Do you have stock in MS? I don't understand your die hard loyalty. Do you even play games or just troll N4G to bash the PS3? Every one here is excited to play this great line up of games and then you come in just to tell us that the PS3 is a worthless machine? You need to just enjoy your system and stop trying to convince me that mine isn't any good. Because you know what? You really aren't accomplishing a thing, except maybe turning off real 360 fans or even worse (in your mind) deterring people from getting the 360 at all. I'm perfectly happy with my PS3 and you are obviously happy with your 360. That's fine. Now shut up and play.

I don't even know where to begin. I know DMC4 will be spinning in my Ps3 on February. But then MGS4, KZ2, LBP, GTA4 hopefully White Kight Chronicles and hopefully Eternal Sonata will as well. Man I can tell you all now...I'm broke. Hehe but one thing is for sure, if Konami won't delay MGS4, I'll be the first one to get a copy in my local gameshop.

Its crazy I already projected what i will purchase 6 months ahead and theres a killer game or 2 or 3 released every month starting in FEB. for pretty much all year accept there might be some slow down a month before the holiday season.

Seriously i play alot of 360 but whoever says this list is lame and the 360 is better really need to seek some help. God this list is amazing, one after another after another!!! I`m going crazy i dont know what to choose.

22 - Some nice sounding games...

Hard to say how it will unfold but the list sound nice - but I don't really get the point being made that the list is so amazing. But then, some of big games (like FF or GT) don't appeal to me so maybe I don't represent the taste of the majority of gamers. And I don't get the excitement about Flower or LBP but to each his own. Still, after 2008 there will be no reason to suggest (assuming these games hit as they are supposed to and are good) that the PS3 doesn't have a great game line up. And it should have a much more diverse line-up as well.
