I am sorry as a previous Wii owner... The controller system sucks. I believe nintedo should make a controller for games that you have both options if they did that i think the Wii would be unstoppable for childeren and maybe some of us Adults.

EDIT : Well that i agree with you mostly parents now adays do not watch what their children do not play sadly. I mean The comment is mainly for me. There are some wii games the controller is great for but other games which i believe is holding the wii back because of the controller. Bascially how are you gonna play a fighting game?

nah dude its not multi, ms has tied up 1 and 2, dont know about 3 but gears 2 isnt multi, i just want to know some info about it, deciding which version of ut3 to get, ps3, pc or 360, im edging more towards 360 but thats a while off yet, oh well il get uncharted to keep me busy

Kikizo: Will the PS3 version run in 1080p?

Rein: So, with the engine, yeah, you could make Unreal Engine 3 content that runs in 1080p, no problem - in fact there are levels inside UT3 that will run at 1080p if there's nothing else going on in them. So if 1080p is your goal...

lol. UE3 for Wii!? It's like giving a shotgun to a 5 year old...
Seriously, whats the point of developing and optimizing UE3 for Wii? UE3's biggest advantages over UE2 are it's superb texture and shader effects and other HD graphical features like depth of field. Most UE3 features are HD centeric. It's a waste of money and time to work on UE3 for Wii. Wii already has UE2 games and they look good for that system.

What's next? UE3 for DS and GBA?

Did I read a different article ? He said, Epic is NOT (!) working on UE3 for the Wii. He even mentioned, that the UE2 port was done by Ubi not Epic. The only thing I can read out of the article is, if a third party licensee wants to do it, yes, they can (like Ubi did with Red Steal / UE2). But for him (Rein) it does not make sense. So, where does the "Unreal Engine 3 is actually in development for Wii" come from ?

Yea he never said that they would bring the Unreal Engine 3 to the Wii he was saying that if it happened someone else would do it. He's still not likeing the Wii at all. Whatever though right, I didn't know Red Steel was a version of Unreal Engine 2 though. Learn something new everyday.

Anyway glad UT3 will be out for the holiday on the PS3 ^^ will be playing that for sure. Hopefully Epic and MS find a nice middle ground for the mods so 360 peeps get the UT3 lovin too.

Hes simply saying at this time with unreal3 engine, its not optimised enough on ps3 hardware to have it running at the fps they want and 1080p.

But i guess its the same with all engines, they have to mature.

Just finished gow on pc. Very sweet game, With excellent graphics, i was impressed.

I for one will be looking forward to gow2. Should rock:)
