European Lair version won't have analog controls either

Playstation 3 exclusive title Lair has been stores in America since the end of August, but the European version of Lair has still not been released yet. The game has been delayed multiple times, with no exact reason why. Rumor has it the European version would get an updated control scheme, where players could choose between the SIXAXIS-controls or the newly added analog controls.

Dutch website Insidegamer however can confirm that the European version of Lair won't feature analog controls either. In fact, Insidegamer can conclude in the video review that Lair is probably exactly the same as the American version. Why the game was delayed in Europe is still a mystery. Lair is slated to hit stores on November 16 in Europe.

the only reason i can think of for the delay is to fix up the motion sensing thus making it more responsive other than that i am lost.

and once again...who cares?...

don't listen to the reviews you Europeans...it was never the controls that sucked about this game...its the horrid level objectives/design...its the absolutely boring gameplay...and the terrible terrible voice acting...the controls are actually the only thing in the game that are worth noting...

reviewers got the score right...just gave the score for the wrong reasons...because reviewers are retarded...

are they going to fix everything I just mentioned?...not likely...avoid at all costs...I still want my $7 back for renting it...

I was really hyped about this game, but even if it were to get fixed there are so many more games out there that this game will be lost in translation. R&C, Drake, Assissian's Creed, Rock Band, The list goes on and on, Sorry Sony Maybe next time don't be in a rush to shove Sixaxis only controls down our throats.

13.1 - I didnt felt wasting 60 euros

i gave the money to support the effort of all the team that
created this game. They really did something and they risked a lot.
I feel sympathy for all the work and hours spend for this game.
If they made a mistake we shouldnt execute them in the head. Give
them an other try. We learn from out mistakes. If many people buy it
then they will consider a Lair 2 and believe me it will be great.

14 - Here in Greece Lair is selling a week now

and ofcourse i have it. The biggest problem with the game is the
framerate. It has some major slow downs. But if you can live with
that its a nice game. Controls are fine. I also played it with my
Logitech ps3 controller (it doesnt have sixaxis so the game is
switching to analog stick control automatic) but i prefer the motion
control. Dont expect to get super wow with this game. Just simple
and plain gameplay with disorientation problems and slow frame rate.

Good, they don't need a pathc for analog. That's this games nich and appeal. It's ana amazing, amazing game! I don't care what anyone says. What score it got. Nothing... This was a top notch game andthis is coming from the most cynical of review guys on the web, I'd venture to say. Hell, just check my scores on my blogsite for the games I review. I'm harder than anyone on games. I didn't give lair a perfect score, but I gave it what it deserved, that's for sure. Keep in mind, I also hate the wii and anything motion sensor. Lair controlled perfectly for me from start to finish. It took me 4 to 5 min to master. Prior to it coming out, I was the biggest naysayer about it.

My point... if I gave it a chance and loved it... Everyone should atleast try it. Don't listen to these idiot review sites. Simple as that.
