WipeOut HD now "coming soon"... seemingly loses some features

SCEA today issued a new fact sheet for WipeOut HD. The good news? The game is now listed as coming "soon". The bad? It looks like a few features have been dropped, in order to get it out quicker and probably cheaper.

Look before you comment people.
The features that are 'not mentioned on the new press release', are all pretty rubish and not essential parts to the game at all!

Who honestly wants to take a photo of the craft in their race and publish it on a dedicated website? Nobody at all of course, which is why they will have dropped it. Standard practice is to do some focus testing and only offer features that will actually be welcomed...

The feature list has everything any real Wipeout fan would have wanted, and I'm really lookig forward to try it with six axis controls and playing 8 player online races...

Because They seem to release at least ONE game per week.

I buy PSN games and if DLC is worth it i'll pick it up. But as long as the main things are in it, then I'm not worried.

9 - I was worried for a moment

When they said features dropped, I thought they were getting rid of IMPORTANT features. After reading that fact sheet, those were features I could care less about anyway. Besides, not only were they minor features, they'll probably end up putting those things in the download packs anyways.

In other words, this game is STILL a must buy for me
