Capcom Teasing Megaton Bombshell News

Put your hype-proof jackets on, kids, because Capcom is ready to let loose with a number of news "bombshells" starting October 15. As with many gaming announcements, the official bomb drop date is next Monday, but leaks and the occasional Famitsu exclusive might see word from Capcom HQ much much sooner. The hype machine was pumped and primed when Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix producer Rey Jiminez posted on the official Capcom USA blog "Well, I can testify, that what's coming is a megaton bomb!", adding "You will not be dissappointed."

STREET FIGHTER 4! Come on Capcom! How in the f()ck they have not done another SF game is beyond me, considering it was once the greatest 2D fighter ever. Hell, SNK and SAMMY constantly update and release games.
Get another SF game out! Forget all this other sh1te (Lost Planet etc).

Well... I'd personally wager some other important Capcom franchises hitting the consoles... Sure, there's a chance of some absolutely incredible Street Fighter 4 or some equally badass Marvel vs. Capcom game (which I'd prefer too), BUT any of the following could be announced as well:

Capcom vs. SNK sequel
Final Fight sequel
Ghost 'n' Goblins sequel
New Megaman game*
Mobile Suit Gundam game
New Onimusha game*
Lost Planet sequel*
Dino Crisis sequel*
New Breath of Fire game*
New Viewtiful Joe game*

Remember that this IS Capcom. They have a lot of franchises that would each create a "megaton bombshell" if they got sequels... I've put a star beside the one's I'd love, though.

13 - The best news would be that Resident Evil 5 has been done for sometime now and is actually coming out day after Thanksgiving!

Or............Marvel vs. Capcom 3..................PLEASE BE MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 3..........PLEAAASE!!! I want there to be over 100 characters this time, or maybe Marvel vs. Capcom vs. DC............with Doomsday as the main villain!!!! But judging by other BIIIIG announcements we've been getting lately, let's just hope it's not another f*ckin Megaman game. God, those games come out at least five times a year!

lol wow I dont see how any news at this point relevant to Capcom could classify as megaton bomb news. They got nothin tht big..only games tht could have or still could be that big of news would have been Bioshock, Halo 3, MGS4, or GTA4. 2 of which are out, 2 of which aren't but dont even involve Capcom anyways. So its safe to say anything they announce is lame or is only awesome in the eyes of the beholder...Sure there might be a minority tht think its mot awesome news ever but rest of gamers will say "wtf?? wut is that all about..."

I want to hear is that they are making another Onimusha, that would be ridiculous! I've never been to key on Marvel or Capcom vs series. And another Street Fighter or Megaman would be so passe. I think it would be lame to bring back either of those two by themselves. Just my opinion, I know people love them.
