New Warhawk update information September 12th

While monitoring the stats situation over the weekend Sony were largely pleased with the results. The vast majority of you were having proper stats registered on the server. That said, as of Monday, Sony are now seeing some players NOT getting their stats again. A smaller portion for sure, but there's still a problem.

Sony had meetings with the team here and in San Diego today to discuss the list of issues and data gathered thus far, just to keep the info flowing to the community, here's what we're investigating as hot items:

4 - my stats go on and off

it sux... and I have to rearrange my character and stuff when they get back... I'm never going to rank up is this keeps going on......
well... i guess... nothing is worse than a$$holes killing teamates, not sure if they do it for fun, because they can't kill any on the other team or they are just retarded thinking they get points... well they do get negative points.

btw... i know this shouldnt be here but... why is it so damn hard to report a cheater in a PS3 game? I've been all over playstation.com and one link leads to another and another and another and still not able to report him >_< so... anyone has the link? please ^_^/

well not in warhawk yet at least but I was playing motorstorm the other day and before race started this guy starts spinning hitting other cars. The race starts and he keeps spinning and making cars crash and explode. He kept doing that the whole race, never stopped spinning... so... should I call this cheating or glitching or what?

Ehh try everybody I know inside Europe and the odd American.
And as of monday! I dont know about the rest of you but I ranked up twice on day one and haven't since. Thats 2 weeks for me and some others.

9 - To anyone trying to get into the Warhawk N4G clan.........

i'm trying to send out invites but for some reason it won't let me. i'll keep trying though, so if you wanna be in the clan let me know.

i'm keeping a record of those that want in and as soon as it lets me, you'll get an invite.

I love Warhawk, great game but ... I increased about 5 ranks in the one day, then now it says I am yet to play in a ranked game! Also it keeps crashing in between each ranked game, meaning I have to restart the PS3. This only happens in ranked games but it is very annoying!

When you release a BETA for an online game its because you want to see how everything is working out...and this game is online only and the only way to unluck stuff is by ranking up...if the stats dont work then this game is meaningless...Sony and Incognito screw up big time with this game so far...im pissed...i wasted 40$ so far...

15 - My Stats...

...haven't updated since the 10th, but I'm not really that upset; they'll get it fixed soon and the game's so fun the only time I even think about my stats is when I log on/off. Oh, and I see the problem with the rooms, but honestly, it's not THAT hard to get into one. It takes me about three tries on average and then I'm good to go.

Unfortunatly I already gave up on this game and returned it. In fact the employee at Gamestop said that alot of people are returning this game. Just has to many frustrating problems.

Only went on for a minute to check. I didn't play. I havent for about 12 days. It was discouraging. I'll wait it out until things are fixed and then get back into it.

19 - I agree with ya'll, stats are discouraging.

First 2 days from launch, I found myself as a Chief Sergeant. And just 2 days ago I was promoted to Wingman. Thats a long gap. Keeping in mind I played the game everyday since launch. And what's even more odd, I think to get promoted to Wingman, you needed like 5000 points. Stats say I have just shy of 1200 points. Points wise, I should have only been promoted twice since launch. What on Earth is going on here??

Tuesday I was online playing and I was Chief Sargeant and got a bunch more medals or ribbons, went on last night and I am now a recruit and everything is zero for me. Love the game but not impressed with my loss of stats.

I had the reset to recruit problem last week, still hasnt updated for mem, I wont play until my stats reset. Not that they care, they already have my money.

22 - Why are people crashing in warhawk?

I have only crashed one time, and that was on a non-ranked server over a week ago. I have played like hours on end on ranked servers and I have never crashed. I think when you crash it is because of the network dropping you from the server and instead of logging off completely it crashes your PS3.

Now i have been dropped from games, but it allways brought be back to the lobby.

I have yet to play in the last 2 days...I will play tonight since i already updated my PS3 to 1.93 and supposely warhawk stats are now working.

I love this game...
